Refund Policy

Last updated June 1, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the newsite Service, operated by [Company Name]. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the Service with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the subscription fees you have paid within 30 days of your first hosting charge. This guarantee applies to charges made directly through newsite via our payment processor, Stripe.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your hosting subscription and/or your optional VIP Support subscription at any time by emailing support@newsite.now from the email address on your account. We do not yet offer an in-app cancellation flow. Cancelling stops future renewals; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. Cancelling one subscription does not automatically cancel the other.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the guarantee, email support@newsite.now within 30 days of the charge and include:

  • the email address associated with your account;
  • the approximate date of the charge you’re asking us to refund;
  • a brief reason for the request (this helps us improve the Service).

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically completes within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to post the credit.

4. What Is and Isn’t Refundable

Refundable: hosting subscription fees (and VIP Support fees) charged directly by newsite within the 30-day guarantee window.

Not refundable: the one-time $1 trial activation charge; charges older than 30 days; and renewal charges that fall outside the guarantee window. We may decline refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state. Where local law grants you broader rights, those rights apply.

6. Contact

Refunds and cancellations are handled by [Company Name], [Address]. For any questions, email support@newsite.now.
